Amazing Amalfi Coast
Today, I’m highlighting a client’s recent getaway to the amazing Amalfi Coast.
Flying into Naples, they elected to take a private transfer—traveling down the coast stopping at beautiful spots to stretch their legs and admire the delightful scenery.
They were then off to their sensational seaside hotel, the Hotel L'Ancora in Positano. What a relaxing way to see part of the Italy while traveling in style.

Blue Grotto | Island of Capri
One day they chose to explore the Amalfi Coast by hiring a private chauffeur to travel in style—sounds like a dream! Starting in Positano, they were greeted by its colorful cliffside houses and stunning views of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
On the following day, a boat tour to the Blue Grotto is a must. The mesmerizing blue waters of this sea cave are truly unforgettable.

Next stop, the beautiful island of Capri. They explored its charming streets, visiting the famous Piazzetta, and afterwards, took the chairlift up to Monte Solaro for breathtaking panoramic views.
Locals often refer to Monte Solaro as the "Acchiappanuvole" or "cloud catcher" after the thick blanket of fog which forms around the summit, especially at dawn, when the thermal difference between the sea and the rock is accentuated.

Afterwards, they headed back to the mainland and continued their sightseeing along the Amalfi Coast.
Whether you choose to visit the enchanting town of Amalfi itself, with its historic cathedral and quaint streets, or venture to other picturesque spots like Ravello or Maiori, each offers its own unique charm and beauty.
Don't forget to indulge in some local cuisine along the way, perhaps enjoying fresh seafood dishes with a glass of limoncello, made from the lemons that grow abundantly in this region. With its stunning scenery and rich cultural heritage, a day spent exploring the Amalfi Coast is sure to be unforgettable.
